Ken B, 4 Bedroom Villa

Amethyst villa is a four bedroom, three bathroom luxuriously furnished villa, just completed at the end of 2001, located in Orange Tree, which is just off the US 27, and 2 miles north of the junction with the Highway 192. There is a basketball court, children's playground and tennis court. Located in one of Orlando's hottest new areas, Orange Tree has shops, supermarkets, dentist and local attractions, all just a few minutes drive away.

You are 10 miles from WORLD DRIVE, the entrance to Disney World, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, and easy driving to Busch Gardens in Tampa. As well as Disney, you are also close to Sea World, and the various water parks.

Amethyst has been purposely designed to allow maximum living space, with two lounges, a dining area, open plan kitchen, and a delightful breakfast area with a view of the pool, yet can provide privacy for all members of your party. Light in decor, with open spaces, featuring high cathedral ceilings, and ceramic floor tiles throughout, this open living/dining floor plan offers additional space for family gatherings. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day at one of the many parks.

The master bedroom has a touch of self-contained luxury with a king size bed, en-suite. cable N, ceiling fan and direct access to the pool. The large en-suite bathroom has a roman tub, his and her sinks (with a hairdryer provided), a large fully enclosed shower and a toilet with it's own door for your privacy! Should you wish to enjoy a quick dip in the pool you only need to step out of your own sliding patio doors onto the pool area.

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable N, own shower room, consisting of vanity unit (with hairdryerJ, wc and large shower. and a door provides private a ccess to the pool and extra large deck area. The two remaining bedrooms each have twin beds, generous wardrobe space and share a bath/shower room. One twin bedded room has cable TV and a Playstation 2. The first living room has two settees, one of which can convert into a queen size bed, if required, the adjacent dining area seats six. There is also a hi-fi for your use.

The Games room has a Pool table, Table Football,Air Hockey and Dart Board.

The breakfast area has an additional round table, which seats four giving access and view of the pool through a further set of patio doors. The large family room has large cable TV, video and patio door access to the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, waste disposal, telephone (incoming calls only), you can make outgoing calls using a pre-paid calling card. There is a separate laundry room with a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. For your convenience all the linen and towels you will need for your stay are included.

Amethyst villa is fully furnished to a very high standard. Nothing has been overlooked in this luxurious, spacious, and professionally maintained villa. Forget about bringing the iron and hair dryer from home, they are included; just bring yourselves-and some clothes!! For your comfort this is a non-smoking home, but for those who do smoke, a smoking urn is provided for your use outside on the lanai. Pool heating is available on request. There is also a Hot tub / spa featuring individual bubble jet controls and colour-change fiber optic lighting.
