The villa has a unique open plan design and incorporates views of the pool and deck area from both lounges, kitchen and master bedroom. The light and airy entrance leads you to one of the lounge areas which has views of the pool and deck area, part of which has a lanai to keep you in the shade and is ideal for eating al fresco on warm summer evenings watching the sunset.

It is fully equipped,for all your holiday needs, from sheets and towels, to pots and pans. Included in this villa are free local telephone calls. Before you arrive the on site, the Villa Manager will have thoroughly cleaned, hoovered and changed the beds ready for your arrival at the beginning of your Florida holiday experience. The Villa Manager greets guests personally, is friendly and attentive and is available to deal with your queries.

The villa has two lounge areas. In the main 'Family Room' lounge, you will find a TV equipped with a full 5.1 surround sound DTS system. This is ideal for a relaxing evening - you may choose to rent a DVD from a local store, or choose from the selection in the villa. We have also provided some books and games for your use whilst staying in this villa. The second lounge is the ideal place to relax, set back from the main living area in an alcove overlooking the pool.

The villa has two dining areas, one formal dining area at the front of the property and another adjacent to the kitchen which has direct access to the pool and patio area. It also has two lounge areas one for relaxing quietly reading a book overlooking the pool and the second large lounge has home theatre system and a selection of DVDs and CDs, books and games.

The villa has four large bedrooms and sleeps eight comfortably. The villa is large enough to accommodate two families. The Master bedroom has a double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, bath, his and hers wash basins and vanity mirrors with walk in closet. The bedroom has a patio door and views of the pool and deck area and is equipped with a DVD television. Bedrooms two and three are twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes and drawer units. The third bathroom is adjacent to both of these bedrooms and has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom four is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawer units with views. Again it has its own bathroom with a large walk in shower, washbasin and toilet with an access door to the deck area. You will find this access to the pool area extremely useful after using the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with top mount freezer, waste disposal and stainless steel sink along with all cutlery, china, saucepans etc. The kitchen is in the centre of the villa and has an open plan design with an adjacent nook dining area. From the kitchen you are able to see the pool and patio area. Off the kitchen area there is a separate area for the washing machine and tumble drier with access to the double garage.

The large 30' x 15' screened pool (the screen keeps the flies and bugs out) has a spa and is surrounded by a large patio, which includes a covered area, with air circulating fan, a table and six chairs, two loungers and a further table and four chairs and two loungers on another area of the patio. Part of the patio is covered and is ideal for keeping out of the sun if you prefer to sit in the shade. There is a safety screen around the pool to keep young children away from the pool. From the pool deck area you can see some of the conservation area which the villa overlooks. The villa is south facing so the pool is in the sun throughout the day. Pool heating is available.

The sunrise and sunset are impressive to see, along with the local wildlife which can be spotted on their early morning walks. There are also Children's play areas, Open field play area with basket ball and tennis Courts - on site. The villa is Approx 12-30 minutes from most major attractions Within easy reach of Championship Golf courses and only 75 minutes from either coast.
