This vacation villa is located in the exclusive Orange Tree community, only a short drive from Disney and the other Orlando attractions. Community recreation facilities feature a childrens playground, along with volleyball and basketball courts. The Villa is located on a quiet street with a view of the surrounding countryside and orange groves. This villa home is tastefully decorated and contains everything you will need for a memorable vacation experience.

Sleeping accommodation comprises four bedrooms, The two master bedrooms have queen beds, the other two bedrooms have twin beds. Each master bedroom has its own full private en-suite bathroom, and the two twin bedrooms share another full bathroom.

The living room entertainment unit includes satellite TV, VHS and DVD video recorder and CD/cassette/AM/FM player. The master bedroom also includes a satellite TV and VHS.

The kitchen/diner and master bedroom look out over the south-facing screened pool and spa area that contains the pool furniture for sunbathing or outside dining. Your vacation home includes ample closets and dressers for making yourself "at home". Full size washer and dryer are provided for your use.
