As you enter this Villa you will be greeted by the wide, light colored tiled foyer. All furnishings and interior finishes are to the highest standards. This entry way points you towards the living room where you can sit and relax when you first arrive.
There are two master bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, both beautifully furnished. Additionally there are two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, therefore the villa sleeps eight people in comfort.
The main living area is large and airy, with high ceilings and sumptuous furnishings. There are three TV's with DVD players all with cable access. The floors throughout the main living areas are elegantly finished in beautiful Italian ceramic tiles.
The kitchen is beautifully finished with American maple cabinets, Corian work surfaces, and is fully equipped for the most discerning chef.
Outside, the professionally landscaped area surrounding the large swimming pool is simply stunning with a large sundeck, screened patio and high quality tables, sun loungers and chairs, all providing ample opportunity to soak up the inimitable Florida climate, or indulge in a little al fresco dining. The rear of the villa from the pool deck, has views over a conservation area and is very private.
The outside dining area is screened as is the pool. You can have your coffee in the morning watching the sun rise. You can have a glass of wine after a day at the parks.
There is also a pool lounging area that you can use during your stay here in this villa. When it is sunny you can lay out here, rest and work on your tan.
The pool has a heating blanket that you can put out to heat the pool when not in use. This blanket can be used and rolled up very easily when you want to use the pool.

Bed linen and towels, washer \ dryer and private pool. In the interest of all our guests this is a non smoking villa. Smoking is only permitted in the patio area. Strictly no pets allowed.
