The natural decor on the outside of this villa is continued throughout this well cared for home. The living area has been furnished using modern, natural fabrics and woods, making it most welcoming when you arrive. You can relax in the plush living room, listen to some music or watch TV or a DVD. Whatever your choice of relaxation you will soon feel at home.

The villa has a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances including: cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. If you get tired of eating out you can purchase some supplies from the local supermarkets and cook your favorite home cooked meal right here in the Villa. The kitchen area is fully tiled so you do not have to worry about spills in the kitchen. The utility room houses a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There are four bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom has an adjoining bathroom, and a third bathroom is shared by the two twin bedrooms. Upon your arrival, all you have to do is put your luggage away and then relax and plan your days to come. All linen and towels are provided for your use.

When you come back from the parks with tired children, they can rest in either of the twin bedrooms. These rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

There is a wonderful spa and pool area, so after a long day in the parks, shopping, or just at the beach's, you can relax to get ready for the next day of your vacation. The pool and spa will be ready when you arrive and taken care of when you depart. Nothing for you to do but play and swim. The doors leading to the pool area are protected by alarms that will sound if anyone exits or enters the pool area so that small children can be protected and prevented from unnecessary accidents.

The rear of the villa has a large protective screen section around the pool area and a privacy fence has been installed. You can sit and watch the birds and sip your morning coffee or choose to take a quick dip before heading out to the many places of interest in the Orlando area.

For your use, the villa comes with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line, in fact everything you need to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. We have provided a selection of books, games, DVD's, and CD's. A baby cot and high chair for the very young children. We have a security alarm fitted to the home that is monitored 24 hours a day for your safety if you wish to use it.
