A truly beautiful family oriented 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa, with 2 Master suites. Elegantly and comfortably furnished throughout, with Cable TVs, DVD, Playstation with games, Games Room with Darts, Pool and Air Hockey tables, Villa Parana suits all ages.

You can sit and reflect for hours in the large Pool or Spa looking out onto woods, or challenge members of your party to a game of pool. You can have a quiet read by the pool in our comfortable loungers or watch a film!. You can play indoor games such as monopoly or listen to music!, there is simply something for everyone!.

Villa Parana is a four bedroom three bathroom villa. The family room and lounge offer desired peace and quiet, Whether you are reading your favourite book in the lounge or watching a film in the family room. The family room is comfortably furnished and has TV, DVD player and a Playsation. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

There are two Master Bedrooms. Master Bedroom one has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst Master Bedroom two has a Queen size bed and en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms are nicely furnished and have closets, chests of drawers, ceiling fans and alarm clock radios for those who want to hit the parks early.

There are two twin rooms which are well furnished and suitable for all ages. We provide a Crib, High chair and Stroller for infants at no additional cost to you. Again these rooms are furnished with drawers, closets and ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for those culinary delights, whether it is a quick bite or a full blown dinner. There is a fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and glassware, everything you should need to show off your cooking skills. You can choose to eat in the kitchen with its table and chairs, or eat in a more formal setting in the Dining Room.

The villa has a Games Room equipped with a Darts board and Pool/Air Hockey Table and there is a Utility Room with Washer, Dryer, Iron and ironing table.

The pool and Spa area complete the perfect holiday villa. You can laze around here on the loungers, take a dip in the pool, relax in the spa or have a snack sitting at the table and chairs provided. You are screened from flies or bugs here, but not from the sun unless you want to take a nap in the lanai, shaded from the sun and yet enjoying the breeze.

All linen and towels are provided at no additional cost to you. We kindly ask that guests do not smoke or bring pets into the villa.
